by default, disable polygon network gas station . The code should not hardcode a centralised polygon gas station url without any alternative.

Without a gas station for Polygon though, it basically doesn’t work at all. This is why it was added.

You can specify your own gas station though, by providing your own URL to a FetchUrlFeeDataNetworkPlugin.

I run my program without gas station for Polygon, it does work.

if using FetchUrlFeeDataNetworkPlugin with my gas station url, does it override the default value in network.ts ?
